Don’t miss out on what promises to be one of the best conferences you’ll attend this year. Be a part of some of the best topics specifically tailored to suit the needs of family medicine residents and students of Texas. Be sure to attend the Residency and Procedures Fair Saturday afternoon to network with fellow students and residents from other institutions and find out what’s going on in their areas. We encourage participation from every medical school department and residency program, so don’t let your school or residency program be without representation. Make plans to attend today!
It’s better than free, we’ll pay you!
Both the Texas Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Students and the C. Frank Webber Lectureship on Friday, March 5, are FREE for students and residents to attend. Plus, when you apply for travel funding from the TAFP Foundation, it’s even easier on your pocketbook.
Each residency program is entitled to $500 in travel funding for the year. Each medical school has $300 in funding for three students to attend Interim Session ($900 per school). For information about travel funding, please contact your residency coordinator, FMIG leader or Juleah Williams at TAFP.
Register online by following this link. Register by phone at (512) 329-8666 ext. 35. Space permitting, on-site registration will be located in the lobby of the Hilton Austin Airport the day of the conference.
