Take California Academy brief survey on adolescent substance use
The California Academy of Family Physicians is gathering information from family physicians on adolescent substance abuse and needs your help. A 2011 National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University report found that 75 percent of high school students have smoked cigarettes, consumed alcohol, or used another drug. You will not be asked for any information that would personally identify you or your practice and the information gathered will inform educational initiatives to help physicians better screen and manage these patients. Take the brief survey here.
