AAFP calls for opioid education and increased treatment access
AAFP recently sent a letter offering the Academy’s perspective on the opioid crisis to the President’s Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and the Opioid Crisis. They noted the importance of opioid education, the need to increase access to treatment and support, the importance of confidentiality, and the resources available to members.
